Refills and transfers, without the runaround
Refill a prescription or transfer it to Lititz Apothecary by phone or text. Our team handles the details with your previous pharmacy.

One conversation gets the process moving
Have the prescription name, your date of birth, and the name of your current pharmacy ready. We will tell you if anything else is needed and contact the other pharmacy for an eligible transfer.
How Moving a Prescription to Lititz Works
- 1
Call or text us.
Tell us which prescription you want to refill or move and where it is currently filled.
- 2
We review the request.
Our team checks the prescription details and contacts the other pharmacy when a transfer is needed.
- 3
We confirm the next step.
If we need a new prescription or clarification, we will explain what is required.
- 4
Choose pickup or delivery.
Pick up at the pharmacy, request parking-lot pickup, or ask whether local delivery is available for your address.

Moving prescriptions from a pharmacy that has closed
When a pharmacy closes, prescriptions do not disappear — but getting them moved can feel like a dead end, especially if the phone is no longer answered. Call us with the medication names and your date of birth and we will work out where the records went and take the transfer from there.
- We are currently taking on patients whose pharmacy has closed, including Mediset and multi-dose packaging patients
- Bring or read us your bottle labels if you have them — the prescription number helps, but we can work without it
- Ask about our medication packaging if your previous pharmacy packed your doses by day and time
