What is a compounding pharmacy?
We prepare medications to a prescriber's exact order — a specific strength, a different form, or without an ingredient you can't tolerate. Everything is made here in our Lititz lab, not shipped in from somewhere else.
How do I move my prescriptions to Lititz Apothecary?
Call or text us — we contact your current pharmacy and handle the transfer. Most transfers are underway within minutes and ready the same or next day.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major plans for retail prescriptions. Compounded preparations vary by plan — we'll check your coverage before we make anything, so there are no surprises.
Can I get vaccinated without an appointment?
Yes. Flu, COVID, shingles, pneumonia, and most travel vaccines are available walk-in during pharmacy hours. We'll help you check what you're due for.
