Accessibility statement
We want everyone in our community to be able to use this website and visit our pharmacy comfortably, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. That covers things like readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, clear headings, labelled form fields, and full keyboard access.
What we do
We review new pages and features for keyboard access and screen reader labelling, keep contrast within accessible ranges, and respect the reduced-motion setting on your device for animations.
In the pharmacy
Our Main Street location has accessible parking nearby, and our team is glad to help at the counter, bring an order out to your car, or read labels and instructions aloud. Just ask.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult to use, call the pharmacy or send a message through our contact page and describe what happened. We take those reports seriously and will work with you to get the information you need another way while we fix it.
Questions about this policy?
Call the pharmacy or send us a note and we'll get you an answer.
